Why Our Franchise

Chicken & Sides on Canal St. in New Orleans

People love convenient, hot, fresh, crispy, delicious fried chicken. At Chicken & Sides, we start with our proprietary blend of seasonings, starting with our seasoned flower and specially seasoned dredge. The spices are blended into our proprietary seasonings for our fresh chicken at each location. All menu items are delivered twice weekly, allowing us to keep the food fresh.
